Refund Policy

We’re so sorry to hear that your chocolate wasn’t quite up to snuff! Before we can make it right, we’ll need a quick photo of the damage or fault. Just snap a picture and send it over to us at hello@thehouseofcocoa.com, and we’ll work our chocolatey magic to get things sorted right away!

Don’t forget to keep the chocolate safe (and uneaten!) until we reply. We can’t process a refund or replacement without proof of the damage, but don’t worry—our goal is to make your experience as sweet as possible!

P.S. While we’d love to help with everything, melted chocolate sadly isn’t covered. But we’re still here to assist with all your other chocolatey needs!
