Shipping Policy
We can courier our smoked trout anywhere in the United Kingdom. The national delivery charge is £7.95, with the exception of The Scottish Highlands and The Outer Hebrides, where we need to charge £15.95.
Please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch. We ship with a 24-hour courier. If you need your order sooner, please contact us.
Refund Policy
If your products were damaged in transit or are not of suitable quality, email sales@butler-country-estates.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. Include a photo of the products and packaging in your email, along with your reasons for requesting a refund. All valid refund requests will be processed within 14 days.
