Each side is meticulously prepared and pin-boned, then cured with our special brine and hot smoked over a blend of apple, oak, and hickory. The result is a golden-brown, aromatic trout side that tantalizes the senses. Perfect for a luxurious meal.
We use Hampshire trout caught in the gin crystal clear waters of Hampshire’s nutrient-rich rivers to make our smoked trout fillets. We prepare and pin bone the side of trout, then cure the trout with our unique brine ready for hot smoking using an aromatic mix of apple, oak and a little hickory. The result is a gift to the senses: succulent whole side with a golden brown glow encouraging taste with its deep and layered smoky aroma. Uur smoked trout is available in small (500-599g), medium (600-699g), and large (700-799g) sizes, catering to all your culinary needs. Contains: fish.

Shipping Policy
We can courier our smoked trout anywhere in the United Kingdom. The national delivery charge is ÂŁ7.95, with the exception of The Scottish Highlands and The Outer Hebrides, where we need to charge ÂŁ15.95.Â
Please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch. We ship with a 24-hour courier. If you need your order sooner, please contact us.
Refund Policy
If your products were damaged in transit or are not of suitable quality, email sales@butler-country-estates.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. Include a photo of the products and packaging in your email, along with your reasons for requesting a refund. All valid refund requests will be processed within 14 days.
